Distilleries
One trip to our historic distillery and you’ll begin to understand why our Bourbon has come to be so mellow. Nestled in the quiet Kentucky countryside near Lawrenceburg, and on the banks of the scenic Salt River, the Four Roses Distillery makes the trip to this very mellow place all that more rewarding. The Four Roses Distillery was built in 1910 and features a unique Spanish Mission-Style architecture rarely seen in Kentucky. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and operates continuously, except for the summer months.
Welcome to Garrison Brothers, home of the first and oldest legal whiskey distillery in Texas. Like everything in the Lone Star State, our dreams were big from the start. We didn't want to make just any bourbon – we wanted to make the best bourbon ever made. Anywhere. We're confident we succeeded and have no doubt you'll agree. Even the whiskey experts are beginning to take notice. In his 2014 Whisky Bible, Jim Murray -- one of the most respected tasters in the industry – named our Cowboy Bourbon “American Micro Whisky of the Year” and he gave it a 96 score!
Where The Tasting Room at Headframe Spirits is a history project, The Distillery is all about the science. It’s home to some of the most cutting-edge processes in the micro-distilling industry: from our mash and ferment procedures to our distillation equipment, everything about our production is designed to maximize yield and quality. It all translates into our award-winning products.
Heaven Hill Distilleries is America's largest independent, family-owned and operated producer and marketer of distilled spirits. Heaven Hill is America's seventh-largest supplier of distilled spirits. Aging in its facilities is the second largest inventory of aging Kentucky whiskey in the world, with over 900,000 barrels. This accounts for nearly 17 percent of the world's future supply of Bourbon. Heaven Hill has filled over six million barrels of Kentucky Bourbon since it was founded after the repeal of Prohibition.
Utah’s first distillery since the 1870’s, High West Distillery and Saloon offers a truly unique experience as the world’s only ski-in distillery and gastro-saloon. We are located at exactly 7000 feet in the Wasatch Range of the Rocky Mountains in Old Town Park City, Utah. Founded by prospectors in the late 1860’s, Park City became one of the richest silver mining towns in the West, and the best watering hole in Utah. Our aim is for the High West Distillery and Saloon to contribute to that reputation.
Located in the heart of historic downtown Charleston, SC, High Wire Distilling Company is dedicated to making premium, small batch spirits. Our approach is simple: seek the finest ingredients available and develop recipes using a creative, culinary approach. All of our products are batch distilled in a hand-hammered, German copper still to create the finest Southern spirits available.
In the early 1800’s, New York produced more than half the young nation’s Barley and Rye and the Hudson Valley was the country’s breadbasket. With abundant high quality grain, local craft spirits flourished and over 1000 farm distilleries produced Whiskey and Gin reflecting the unique terroir of the region. In the 1930’s, Prohibition forced these distilleries to shut their doors and this wellspring of American spirits was left dry.
It all started back in 2011, in the backyard over some whiskey and a loaded smoker when our founder and chief trailblazer – musician Tommy Brunett, came up with the concept of combining two great American past times: great bourbon/whiskey making with an added subtle hint of Applewood BBQ’s smoked goodness.
J.P. Trodden Distilling is dedicated to the high standards of distilling Bourbon Whiskey and only Bourbon Whiskey.
